benchmark tests by LaCie, a LaCie DLT single drive and DLT
Power RAID solution were put to the test with a Pentium
166 with 48 Mb of RAM, running NT 4.0, Service Pack 3 and
ARCserve NT 6.5 (single server version). |

results were impressive: the laboratory successfully backed
up 1300 MB of assorted data types – including images, sound
and video – to the LaCie DLT drive in only 15 minutes. Under
the same conditions, the DLT Power RAID solution managed
to outstrip even this performance, completing the backup
